This Privacy Policy describes how .do Industries, a Delaware company ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website you are currently visiting and any related services (together, the "Service"). It applies only to information collected through the Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by .do Industries. We can be reached at team@do.industries. We currently operate the Service for users in the United States only. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you use the Service, you may provide information by filling out a form, uploading a file, or contacting us. This typically includes:

• Form inputs required to generate the output you requested (for example: identifiers, dates, locations, descriptions, and any optional metadata you choose to add).
• Delivery email so we can send you the output and a receipt.
• Optional uploads such as logos or other supporting files.
• Correspondence if you email us.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your card or wallet details directly through its embedded checkout. We do not see, store, or transmit full card numbers. We receive a payment confirmation, the last four digits of the card, the billing email, and a Stripe-issued identifier so we can match the payment to your order. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy notice.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Service, our hosting provider and we automatically collect limited technical information, including IP address, user-agent string, referring page, request paths, timestamps, and error logs. This information is used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Service uses only essential cookies and similar storage that are necessary for the site to function (for example, to maintain a checkout session with Stripe). The Service does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics designed to build behavioral profiles. Most browsers let you block cookies; blocking essential cookies may break checkout.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• generate, deliver, and re-deliver the output you purchased;
• process payments and send receipts;
• communicate with you about your order, support requests, or material changes to the Service;
• operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Service;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train machine-learning models offered to third parties.

We share information only with the providers and parties below, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform the listed function.

• to comply with law, valid legal process, or a lawful government request;
• to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, property, or safety of .do Industries, our users, or others;

• with your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

5. Data Retention

We retain order records, including the inputs you submitted and the output we generated, for seven years by default. This default is intended to support record-keeping needs typical of probate, tax, and other regulated filings to which our outputs may be attached. We retain logs and security records for shorter operational periods.

You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing team@do.industries from the address associated with the order. We will honor the request within a reasonable period unless we are required to retain the records by law (for example, tax records) or to defend a legal claim.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including transport encryption and limited internal access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may at any time:

• Access the information we have about you by emailing us.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your records, subject to the retention exceptions in Section 5.
• Stop receiving non-transactional email by contacting us. Transactional emails (receipts, delivery of an output you purchased) are required for the Service to function.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to personal information we collect about you:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell.
• Right to delete personal information we collect, subject to limited exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and therefore there is no opt-out mechanism to provide.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not knowingly process personal information of California residents under 16 for any purpose that would require a right-to-opt-in.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact team@do.industries and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date and, where appropriate, by other means such as a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Outputs generated by the Service are informational only and are not legal, tax, or other professional advice. .do Industries is not a law firm.
